ETNA TREKKING (PRIVATE)

This excursion, suitable for people in good physical condition, includes a route (easy, moderate or challenging) on Etna’s south, south-east and north slopes, immersed in the breathtaking landscapes that nature offers us: lush forests and lava deserts, with stretches of poplars, beeches, birches, chestnut trees and many other endemic species of Etna’s flora. It may also be possible to spot some examples of the volcano’s typical wildlife: from hawks to eagles, from foxes to wild rabbits, hares, reptiles and much more.

During the route you will make a short stop for a picnic (included in the price).

The excursion will end with a visit to a lava-flow cave, with helmets and torches.
